Is there any charge to use the website?
There are no ongoing fees to use our website. Once you’re in, you’re in. Giving you complete access to our website is the primarily method we use to deliver all of our content. We give you everything you need to know, and probably even more than you want to know. Immediate after you sign up, you will receive your automatically-generated password via email.

I just signed-up… what should I do next?
We recommend starting at “START!!!” Our start page is definitely the best place to begin your Super 7 System quest for fitness and fat loss. Pay special attention to the “Start Here” and the “About YOU” links. Each of these pages has some very important information to make sure that you get begin safely and get the most out of our program. 
The “Start Here” page outlines our menu system and tells you how to navigate our website and where to begin. Our “About YOU” page will help you determine your readiness for exercise in general and, more specifically, if you are ready to begin using the Super 7 System of Eccentrics… super safely.
